Friends, you may have thought that this blog has died a natural death because I abandoned it for 6 months. That's not the case. It is very much alive albeit quiet and i am still publishing and responding to comments. It's just that I lost my blogging mojo and the drive to write because I've been very busy living my life. Yes, in as much as I wanted to document my life's special and not-so-special events, I decided to put this blog on the back seat and spend real time with people that mean to me and make memories rather than capturing them.
Now that the year is about to end in just a few hours, I thought I'd make a short note on my blog to wish my faithful readers and friends a very happy new year. I also promise that I'll be back next year to rekindle my love affair with writing. I feel it is rather unfair that my little princess didn't get as much limelight as her brother so next year, she will definitely be in a lot of my posts.
So yeah, so long, 2012! 2013, bring it on! Have fun tonight, everyone and keep safe in ringing in the new year!
